Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To record information and at the same time reproduce the content of recording by processing aural signal from an electroacoustic transducer to aural data and giving it to a memory, and at the same time, processing aural data form the memory to aural signal and giving it to the electroacoustic transducer. CONSTITUTION:When recording information from a television, sound signal goes from an electroacoustic transducer 6 that operates as a microphone to a recording reproducing amplifier 13 and after amplification goes to the analog input terminal ADI of a sound LSI12. The sound LSI12 converts the analog signal to digital signal, and after compressing the information, stores in an RAM14, an external memory, as sound data. The state of recording continues until the capacity of the RAM14 is filled up and then stops. When reproducing recorded information, sound data are taken out successively from the RAM14, information is compressed and decoded, and the digital signal is converted to analog signal and outputted to an analog output teminal as sound signal. Outputted sound signal is amplified by the recording reproducing amplifier 13 and sound is outputted from the electroacoustic transducer 6 that acts as a speaker.
