Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To perform looping operation efficiently by forming an excessive- length loop in the loop storage space encircled with a and internal and an external frame for specifying a curvature diameter on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:The nearly circular internal frame 13 for specifying the curvature diameter is fixed in the center of the substrate 12 with a screw 14. Then, the loop storage space 17 is formed on the substrate 12 between the internal frame 13 and external frame 15 for specifying the curvature diameter at specific distance from the internal frame 13. Consequently, an excessive-length loop is formed in the loop storage space 17 surrounded with both internal and external frames 13 and 15, and looping operation is therefore carried out efficiently.
