Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a fine picture prevented from uneven fixing by dividing recording paper into plural areas in the width direction, fitting exclusive lamps to respective areas and detecting the picture density of the recording paper in the areas to control the light emission voltage of the lamps. CONSTITUTION:An AC power supply 2 is transformed at its voltage and the outputs from plural secondary windings are rectified 3 to charge a capacitor 4. The charged voltage is detected 7 and inputted to an arithmetic circuit 8. On the other hand, the recording paper 11 is divided into the same number of areas as that of the secondary windings of a voltage transformer, the picture density in each area is detected 10 and the detected data are inputted to the arithmetic circuit 8. When a charged voltage detecting signal and a picture density detecting reach corresponding values, the arithmetic circuit 8 opens a switching circuits 6 to stop charging. When all the switching circuits 6 are opened, the circuits 6 are triggered 9 and the flash lamp 5 is emitted. Thus, a fine picture prevented from uneven fixing is obtained.
