Driving device of injection mechanism in injection molding machine
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To make the titled driving device into an one having less inertia, by so constituting the titled injection mechanism that it is driven by a plurality of motors. CONSTITUTION:A screw 1 of an injection molding machine is driven by a servomotor 8 through a coupling 3, a ball screw 2, a nut 3 and gears 5, 6. A motor 9 is connected with the foregoing geear 5 through a clutch 10 and a gear 7. In case of injection necessitating high injection pressure at high speed, a clutch 10 is engaged, the motor 9 and the servomotor are driven at the same time, the gear 5 is turned, the screw 1 is made to advance and injection is performed. Then the injection at the high speed and high injection pressure is obtained through driving force of the two motors while the motors can be driven with little rotor inertia at the time of starting and suspension of driving. As for the motor other than the servomotor 8, far more motors can be provided. A plurality of the motors can be connected in series through the clutch mechanism with each other.
