Power transmission for agricultural tractor

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To simplify a power transmitting route and PTO unit mounting a vertical type engine and projecting an output shaft downward between main frames to provide a travelling drive pulley and belly operator driving shaft. CONSTITUTION:A vertical type engine 2 is mounted between two main frames 26 and an output shft 5 is prejected downward from an oil pan 2a to mount a PTO clutch unit 7, travelling drive pulley 6 and PTO pulley 9. And the power of the engine is transmitted to a GST unit 4 through the pulley 6, a V-belt 14 and bevel gears 16, 17. The PTO pulley 9 transmits the power to a rotary mower 3 through a V-belt 10. Thus, the construction of power transmitting route and PTO unit can be simplified.
