Indicator for operation rate of shovel loader

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To raise the operational efficiency of a shovel loader by using a system in which data detected by a fuel consumption detector and an operational amount detector are calculated by an arithmetical means, and the operational rate calculated is displayed on a displayer. CONSTITUTION:A data detector 3 consisting of a fuel consumption detector 1 with a fuel flow meter 9 to measure the flow rate of fuel consumed in an engine 7 and an operational amount detector 2 composed of a load detector 12 of a bucket 10, an operation time detector 13 and a running distance detector 14 is provided to a shovel loader 6. A computer arithmetical means 4 to calculate and memorize the operational rates on the basis of data obtained by the detector 3 is provided, and a displayer 5 to display 19 the operational rates calculated and memorized by the arithmetical means 4 is also provided. Various operational rates can be quickly obtained from operational conditions of the loader and anomalous operational rates can be predicted.
