Gas introducing tube of mass spectrograph
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent worsening of a response characteristic due to a change of fluid impedance caused by the contractive deformation of a filter, by providing a guard for suppressing the contractive deformation of the filter to the inside of the filter of sack shape arranged to the front part of a gas flow adjusting part. CONSTITUTION:A gas introducing tube is constituted by a resin made tube main unit 21, gas flow adjusting part 22 of metallic fine tube mounted to a point end part of the main unit 21, sack shaped filter 23 provided to the front part of the adjusting part 22, and a guard 24 set to the inside of the filter 23. The adjusting part 22 is inserted to the point end part of the main unit 21 and fixed to the main unit 21 by an adhesive agent 25 in such a manner that the point end of the adjusting part 22 is protruded from the point end of the main unit 21. The filter 23 is provided so as to coat the main unit 21, adjusting part 22 and the guard 24, and fixed to the main unit 21 by the adhesive agent 25. The guard 24 comprises a ring shaped part 31 and plural bar shaped parts 32, and is not easily deformed, and a flow of gas is not influenced. In this way, worsening of a response characteristic due to a change of fluid impedance can be prevented.
