Heating roller fixing device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To suppress triboelectrification of a heating roller of both positive and negative polarity and to prevent offset always from the early stage of fixing by giving conductivity to the primer layer of the heating roller, and disclosing it on the surface of a mold releasing resin layer. CONSTITUTION:The primer layer 2 contg. a conductive material and a mold releasing resin layer 3 are successively laminated so as to form the layer 3 as a surface layer, and permeating parts 2b of the layer 2 are disclosed from each part of the surface of the layer 3 to form a heating roller 5. Such a heating roller 5 can prevent melt sticking of a toner because the layer 3 is formed on the surface, and it can suppress charging due to friction between the resin layer and a pressing roll or copying paper greatly independent of its polarity, because the primer layer 2 contg. the conductive material and the permeating parts 2b connect the surface to a conductive core 1 and ground it.
