Carburetor
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To allow a carburetor to be readily attached if it is required by an internal combustion engine, by making it possible to attach flange members, which attach a carburetor to the internal combustion engine, to the carburetor separately. CONSTITUTION:The length of an outer cylinder 20 for supporting a suction body 18 is made longer than the length of the suction body 18, so that when the suction body 18 is fitted in position into the outer cylinder 20, spaces 58 are formed at the upstream and downstream ends. Each of the flange members 60 has an outwardly extending cylindrical part 64 whose diameter is made equal to the inner diameter of the outer cylinder 20. The cylindrical parts 64 are press fitted into the spaced 58 at the ends of the outer cylinder 20, and the flange members 60 are secured to the outer cylinder 20 by means of welding or the like.
