Production of synthetic resin molded article having different-colored part
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To remove internal stresses generated due to heat transferring and obtain the titled molded article free from generation of solvent cracks, by a method wherein a different-colored part is provided on the back side of a transparent resin molded article by heat transferring, and after an annealing treatment, a coated film is provided thereon. CONSTITUTION:For example, a main body 3 of a molded article provided with a projected part 3a corresponding to the different-colored part 4 is molded from a transparent synthetic resin such as an acrylic resin, thereafter pressure heat transferring is conducted on the projected part 3a by a hot stamp or the like to form a transfer film 6 constituting the different-colored part 4, and then an annealing treatment is conducted generally by heating to 80 deg.C for 3hr. Subsequently, a coated film 7 is provided on the back side of the main body including the different-colored part 4 by using a coating material for forming a base color part 5 to obtain the objective molded article such as a rear panel 2 of an automobile.
