Block for revetment

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To improve the connection and stability of blocks by a method in which one side face of a block having legs on the four corners of its square base plate is shaped into a trapezoidal wedge form and also the opposite side face of the trapezoidal wedge form side is shaped into an inversely trapezoidal wedge form in order to make up a block for revetment. CONSTITUTION:In a concrete square block having legs L'1, L'2, L'3, and L'4 on the four corners of its square base plate P1, one side (e.g., L'3 and L'4 sides) of the base plate P1 is notched into an inversely trapezoidal wedge form side view and an upside-view trapezoidal wedge form, and the other side (e.g., L'1 and L'2 sides) is notched into a trapezoidal wedge form side-view and a trapezoidal form when it is looked down in order to make up a block for revetment.
