Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To avoid adverse effects in advance due to the change in the driving torque and manufacturing errors by constituting an intermediate gear with inner cylindrical part and gear part having viscous fluid in the clearance in between the engagement to allow a displacement in phase to some degree so that the external disturbance is absorbed by the shock absorbing function of oil film. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate gear that transmits the rotative power of a driving gear 11 to a driven gear 15 comprises the inner cylinder part 14 which is rotatively attached to the shaft 12 and concentrically attached gear part 16. The interlocking part 17 that engages both inner cylinder part and gear part is formed, and further the viscous fluid is placed in the clearance between the inner cylinder part and gear part. As the external disturbance from the driving gear 11 is absorbed as a change in the phase between the inner cylinder part 14 and gear part 16 and the squeeze effects of the oil film is made use of to its maximum extent, the stable rotative power is transmitted to the driven gear and damages to the gear teeth is prevented.
