Electronically controlling fuel injector for 2-cycle internal-combustion engine
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To improve fuel consumption and output by providing an injection timing setter for setting the optimal injection timing, injection setter for setting the corresponding optimal injection and crank angle detector and injecting optimal amount of fuel at the time point when the crank angle is positioned at the optimal injection timing thereby injecting optimal amount of fuel at the optimal timing. CONSTITUTION:The optimal injection timing is predetermined in the format of map or functional formula in an injection timing setter 43 of a controller 42 to set the optimal injection timing from the engine speed detected through a pulser coil 33 and/or suction air flow detected through a throttle valve opening detector 23. An injection setter 44 will also set the corresponding optimal injection quantity the basis of a map or a functional formula. A crank angle detector 45 will detect the angular position of a crank shaft. At the time point when the crank angle position is at the optimal injection timing, an injection signal generator 46 will transmit an injection signal to an injector 22 to inject optimal amount of fuel into each cylinder.
