Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To make the discharge of a powdery granular body adjustable at will, by extensively regulating the conveyance discharge from a booster tank in a way of controlling a flow quantity in a booster, in case of a pneumatic conveyor for the powdery granular body. CONSTITUTION:Pressure gas to be fed to the inside of a bosster tank 1 via a flow floor 3 is regulated by means of constant-value control via a control valve 10 to be controlled by a pressure controller 11. Booster gas to be fed to a booster line 7a alters the setting value of a flow controller 3 operating a flow regulating valve 9 by means of a dw/dt output (pulverulent body discharge per hour) in a discharge adjusting device 14 of a pulverulent body on the basis of a weight detector 15 detecting the pulverulent body's discharge from the inside of the booster tank 1, and then adjusted and fed thereto with the quantity of flow corresponding to the dw/dt output. At this adjusting device, when a feeding quantity to the feed end of a conveying pipe 5 is altered, the setting value of the discharge controller 14 is altered whereby a booser flow quantity is altered at once so that the feed quantity is as well altered.
