Focusing detecting photographic device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To perform automatic release photography by focusing detection and to allow normal photography by manual release by coupling the focusing signal output terminal of a camera with the release signal input terminal of a motor driving device through a focusing signal transmission member. CONSTITUTION:The focusing signal transmission member 20 couples a focusing signal output jack of the camera 1 with the release signal jack of the motor driving device 15. When a push-button switch 26 or changeover switch 27 disposed at the supporting member 24 of the driving device is turned on, the driving device waits the camera 1 to generate a focusing signal and once the focusing signal is generated, the motor driving device 15 performs automatic release. When the push-button switch 26 is not pressed and the changeover switch 27 is placed at the off side, the circuit of those switches is opened and normal photography by manual release is possible without detaching the focusing signal transmission member 20.
