Terminal controlling system

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To display an emergency meassage (abnormality information, etc.) from the center, when a terminal is connected with the center, in an on-line system. CONSTITUTION:At the normal time, information from the center is stored in a buffer 10 and is displayed on a CRT1 through a display part 9. When abnormality occurs in the center, a telegram message receiving part 6 detects incoming of an emergency message by a detecting part EMS and displays 2 the incoming. In this case, the regular service is discontinued at a properly punctuated part (by a discontinuing signal K1), a save processing part 11 is started, and the detecting part EMS is cleared. The save processing part saves the contents and control information of the buffer 10 into a save memory 3, transfers a display data to the buffer 10 from the telegram message receiving part, and displays the emergency message on the CRT. When the emergency message processing is ended, an operator inputs a K2 signal. In this way, restore-processing 12 is started, and the system is reset to its previous state.
