Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a rubber extrusion molding excellent in the wear characteristic by extrusion molding of a urethane rubber integral on an long-sized extrusion base body made of a non-urethane based rubber to form a slide skin layer. CONSTITUTION:The first process: A non urethane based rubber such as natural rubber is used as component of a base body and an urethane raw material is extruded in two colors on the condition that there is not hardening reaction in the slide skin layer component. With the extrusion, an unhardened extrusion raw material as long-sized body with a fixed section is obtained with a slide skin layer composed on a part of the surface thereof. The second process: The unhardened extrusion raw material is vulcanized to be hardened through under a heating by passing it through a heating furnace or blowing a heated air. The urethane rubber as mentioned above natural include rubber, a diene based synthetic rubber and an olefin based synthetic rubber (EPDM). The side skin layer is less than 1mm. thick and contains molybdenum disulfide, a fluorocarbon resin, graphite, a lubricant such as silicone oil.
