Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent unuseful current consumption by preventing the opened state of used terminals without increasing the area of the integrated circuit by a method wherein a part or all of input-output terminals are connected to power source or earth terminals via resistors provided in integral body with a case. CONSTITUTION:Many terminals are led out at both sides of the case body 10; of these terminals, the terminals 11 at one end part on one side are power source terminals, the terminals 12 at the diagonal position to the power source terminals 11 are earth terminals, and many terminals 13 of the remnant are parts used as the input or output. Many resistance elements 14 of the same number as the input-output terminals 13 are formed on the lower surface of the case body 10 by vapor deposition or thick film printing; one end of each of the resistance elements 14 is respectively connected to the terminals 13 used as the input terminals or output terminals, and the other end runs longitudinally along the center of the lower surface of the case body 10, and the elements are connected to a conduction passage 15 wherein one end is connected to the power source terminal 11 (earth terminal 12 according to cases). The numeral 16 represents a cap which seals the case.
