Fuel augmenting device when starting internal- combustion engine

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To improve the starting performance by determining the starting fuel augmentation based on the number that a starter switch is turned on after an ignition switch is closed and an engine temperature. CONSTITUTION:At step S1, it is detected that an ignition switch 4 is turned on. When the ignition switch is turned on, a fuel pump 2 is driven at step S2. At step S3, it is detected that a starter switch is tuned on, and the number that the starter switch is turned on is counted at step S4. At step S6, the starting fuel augmentation is determined based on the number that the starter switch is turned on and an engine temperature. Thereby, the startability can be improved.
