Load transducer

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a load transducer of simple constitution with excellent linearity by outputting an electric signal from a diaphragm which is loaded at its center part by a gauge provided with a cantilever type strain induction part. CONSTITUTION:A sense part body 1 is in a thick disk shape having a gap internally and the cantilever type strain induction part 1d is projected inwardly from the inner circumferential wall of a main body 1a with large rigidity. A spherical projection part 2 is provided atop of this strain induction part 1d and gauges SG which detect the bending strain of the strain induction part 1d are stuck to the top and reverse surfaces of a base end part by adhesion, etc. The outputs of those gauges SG are led out through a cable inserted into a cable lead-out hole 1c.
