Objective lens for microscope

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain an objective lens for a microscope having high imageforming performance independently of a change in the thickness of a parallel flat plate such as cover glass by moving part of a lens system. CONSTITUTION:The 1st group G1 of lenses having positive refracting power, the 2nd group G2 of lenses movable along the optical axis and having relatively small refracting power, and the 3rd group G3 of lenses having negative refracting power are successively arranged from the side of an object, and in accordance with a change in the thickness of a parallel flat plate P placed between the object O and the 1st group G1 of lenses, the 2nd group G2 of lenses is moved relatively to the 1st group G1 of lenses and the 3rd group G3 of lenses.
