Manufacture of transistor motor

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To lubricate oil only to accepted products, and to economize the quantity of oil consumed by integrally molding a coil, a magnetic flux detecting element, a circuit substrate and an oilless bearing by a molding material and impregnating oil to the oilless bearing. CONSTITUTION:The oilless bearing 4', the magnetic flux detecting elements 10, the circuit substrate 8 and stator coils 9 are fixed integrally by the insulator 11 made of a resin material, and oil is impregnated to the oilless bearing 4'. Accordingly, the mechanical strength of the transistor motor can be increased while the quantity of oil consumed can largely be economized because oil can be lubricated only to the motors accepted.
