Manufacture of transistor motor

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of the positioning of a magnetic flux detecting element by integrally forming the magnetic flux detecting element and a circuit substrate by an insulator manufactured through resin molding. CONSTITUTION:A die to which projecting sections 13a for holding the magnetic detecting element 10 are shaped is prepared while inserting holes 8d for inserting the projecting sections 13a are formed previously to the circuit substrate 8. The magnetic detecting element 10 is inserted into the projecting sections 13a, and the circuit substrate 8 and the magnetic detecting element 10 are shaped integrally by the insulator 11 under a condition that the circuit substrate 8 is inserted. Accordingly, the transistor motor having high reliability can be manufactured because the accuracy of the positioning of the magnetic flux detecting element can be improved and the external pressure in case of molding can be relaxed.
