Fixed volume type high pressure pump

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To enhance the degree of accuracy in the stable flow rate of a/fixed volume pump, by controlling the operational speed of the fixed volume pump in accordance with the transition point between the compression phase and the discharge phase and/or the transition point between the decompression phase and the suction phase. CONSTITUTION:The internal pressure of a pump 11 is measured by means of a pressure detector 29 connected to a pressure signal generating unit 31 which is in turn, connected to a phase transition detector 39 through differential circuits 33, 35 and a zero-crossing detector 37. Further, an angular signal generating unit 41 is connected to a dead point detector 43. An evaluated and control circuit 45, 47, 49, 51 receives selected signals from the detectors and the signal generating units 31, 37, 39, 41, 43, and delivers a display signal and a control signal which controls a step motor 13 for the pump 11.
