Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To process by real time for all pulses, by differentiating an input signal and detecting the leading edge and trailing edge of the input signal pulse and deciding an erythrocyte by removing a noise signal at the leading edge and then, deciding on whether the pulse is passed or not at the trailing edge and moreover, constituting to generate an output up to the pulse is ended. CONSTITUTION:A discrimination circuit 7 sets input inhibiting time of about 3mu seconds and removes a noise signal of <= 3mu seconds pulse width by a monostable multivibrator 13 having set time determined by a time constant of a capacitor C, a resistance R. The multivibrator 13 is made triggerrable again and inhibition for pulselike noise rising continuously and repeatedly is taken successively for every prescribed time. Further, a time lag of about 3mu seconds is out of question because the time lag of the pulse width of a thrombocyte is about 20mu seconds and that of an erythrocyte is 30-40mu seconds. Moreover, the output signal of the circuit 7 is sent to the second flip-flop circuit 9 and is made to a set state to generate an output. Moreover, the circuit 9 is reset by switching the third comparator 6 on, and the output is switched off.
