Volume type fluid device enabling unloading at the time of starting

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To facilitate starting of a revolving type compressor by such an arrangement that no load is applied to the motor or any other prime mover at the time of starting and that automatic compression commences after sufficient stable rotation is attained and thus a load is generated. CONSTITUTION:The side plate 211 of a movable scroll member 21 has a ring- shaped boss 213. An eccentric bushing 27 is fitted in this boss 213. This bushing 27 has a disc-shaped balance weight 271 as well as an eccentric hole 272. A boss 33 is formed at the surface in a plane with said eccentric hole 272, and a drive pin 142 is fitted in this hole 272 and born rotatably by a needle bearing 28 together with the bushing 27. The boss 33 is fitted in a recess 34 with a gap, in which a spring 32 is furnished to press the bushing 27 so that a swirling member 212 does not touch another swirling member 202 until the spindle 14 attains a certain set number of revolutions.
