Working method of turbine blade
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent a product from a generation of shrinkage and to improve a product yield of a turbine blade, by using a punch provided with a recessed part at its head, in manufacturing the turbine blade by a hot extruding work of a billet. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical billet 4 of 12-Cr stainless steel, etc. is heated to the temp. 1,000-1,200 deg.C, and put into a die housing part 3a of an extruding die container 3. An inner 9 of a hydraulic press is descended to load a working force through a punch 2 in order to extrude a billet 4a into a space of a blade forming part 5a of a die 5 thereby forming a blade part. In this case, if an arced recessed part 2b is formed at the head 2a of the punch 2, a stainless steel at the bottom 4b of the billet 4 flows positively to the central part by an existance of the recessed part 2b. Accordingly a turbine blade having a blade part 1a is manufactured, without causing a shrinkage at the billet bottom 4b, with the excellent product yield.
