Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To inject a powdery material into a tuyere of a blast furnace evenly, by a method wherein an equal number of a powdery material taking out port with the tuyere of the blast furnace are provided on the lower part of a pressure container keeping the powdery material under pressure, and a flow is controlled through the powdery material under pressure, and a flow is controlled through the powdery material taking out opening. CONSTITUTION:Powdery material taking out ports 7 corresponding to a number of tuyeres 6 of a blast furnace 5 are formed on the lower part of a pressure container which discharges the powdery material successively while keeping it under pressure. Injection lines L1, L2 and L3 corresponding to respective tuyeres 6 are provided with gas flow control loops C1, C2 and C3 on this side of a mixing tee 10. Every set value of every flow control loop is adjusted according to every piping condition of every line. Thus, injection of the even powdery material into a large number of an injection opening or aggressive adjustment and injection can be carried out accurately.
