Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a bright video by the scanning with fluorescent lines having different colors provided at both sides of two index lines and two electron beams. CONSTITUTION:The index line for an odd number field continuous along the horizontal scanning direction and the index line for an even number field are arranged alternately toward the vertical scanning direction and the color fluorescent lines having different colors are arranged along both sides of the index lines to constitute a screen. This screen is scanned with two electron beams and the two electron beams are landed on each fluorescent line at both sides of the index lines for each field based on the index signal obtained from the index line and the color is switched at each index line, allowing to perform interlace scanning of the two electron beams.
