Plane antenna
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a plane antenna which is incorporated in a radio receiver, etc., and carried conveniently by using a primary and a secondary spiral coils arranged separately on a plane formed of the magnetic material layer of a substrate. CONSTITUTION:The substrate 1 uses a ferromagnetic material such as ferrite and ''Permalloy'' alloy and the primary and the secondary coils 2 and 3 are arranged spirally on the same plane of the substrate 1. The coils 2 and 3 are printed on the plane of the substrate 1. An insulating film 4 is formed by overcoating the substrate surface on the arrangement side of the coils 2 and 3 with an insulating material such as alumina, TiO2 ceramic and then baking it at 700-1,000 deg.C. This plane antenna A is incorporated in an AM radio while connected to an amplifier B so that the primary coil 2 is of 200muH and the secondary coil 3 is of 20muH. In the incorporation, it is attached in the radio housing.
