Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To improve the physical properties of hydrated and kneaded feed, by adding an emulsifier such as glycerol fatty acid ester, sucrose fatty acid ester, etc. to a mixed feed. CONSTITUTION:The physical properties of a mixed feed obtained by compounding fish meal, yeast, defatted soybean, alpha-starch, active gluten, vitamins, minerals, etc., are improved by adding 0.02-2.0% of an emulsifier such as glycerol fatty acid ester, sucrose fatty acid ester, sorbitan fatty acid ester, propylene glycol fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene glycerol fatty acid ester, etc.
