Vinyl chloride resin composition

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To provide a vinyl chloride resin compsn. which is lightweight, can be easily molded and has high shieldability against electromagnetic wave, by blending aluminum (alloy) powder and electrically conductive carbon black in combination. CONSTITUTION:90-50vol% vinyl chloride resin (A) having a polymn. degree of 400-4,500, 5-45vol% at least one member (B) selected from aluminum (alloy) powder having an average particle size of pref. 250-20 mesh, aluminum (alloy) fibrous material having a diameter of pref. 0.002-0.2mm. and aluminum (alloy) flake having a cross-sectional area of pref. 0.1X0.1-5X5mm., and 5-45 vol% electrically conductive carbon black (C) having a specific surface area of pref. 20-1,800m<2>/g and a pore volume of pref. 1.5-4cm<3>/g, are blended together in such a proportion as to make the combined amount of components B and C 10-50vol%.
