Preventing system of breakdown of recording for disc device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To suppress the operation of a magnetic disc device, etc. and to prevent the breakdown of recording by detecting the abnormality of the source voltage of an host device. CONSTITUTION:An host device 10 of a disc device has a driving circuit 11 which transmits data or control signals to the disc device. A disc device 20 performs writing on a disc medium in accordance with a receiving circuit 12 which receives the data or control signals and a control circuit 13 which controls the writing according to the received signals. Here, a writing suppressing circuit 15 which suppresses the output of a writing circuit 14, a head circuit 16 which converts the output of the circuit 14 electromagnetically when the circuit 15 is not suppressed, a disc medium 17 which is recorded magnetically with the circuit 16, and a detecting circuit 18 for voltage abnormality which detects the drop of the source voltage for the driving circuit of the host device are provided.
