Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To keep return quantity constant independent of piston speed, when concrete is sucked back to cancel clogging during pressurized feeding, by providing the means to detect the stroke of a concrete piston and by returning reverse running to normal one after the predetermined number of strokes. CONSTITUTION: A concrete cylinder 1 is provided with stroke detectors 4 and 5 detecting the sucking action and the change-over from its delivering action of a concrete piston 2, and the stroke detectors 4 and 5 are connected with a stroke counter counting number of strokes. On starting of pump reverse running, number of strokes of the concrete piston 2 is counted and a normal running relay is actuated after the counted value reached the predetermined number, and the pump is returned to normal running from reverse one. Hereby, the return quantity of concrete at the reverse running can be kept constant. COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio
