Read-in and recording device for facsimile

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To increase the reliability with a simple constitution, by providing a two-mode alternate pattern in parallel with a moving path of scanning stand and controlling the drive source of the scanning stand to be a constant speed based on this read-in signal. CONSTITUTION:A cover glass 17 is located in parallel with moving direction of a scanning stand, that is, toward main scanning. A two-mode alternate pattern 33 is provided with the specified intervals in parallel with the moving path of the scanning stand. The pattern 33 is read in with a head 21 in case of original read-in. The two-mode alternate pattern 33 is formed with an equal pitch as the main scanning recording density, and the read-in signal of the pattern 33 is used as a control signal in storing the image signal to a storage circuit.
