Resin composition

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: A resin composition capable of forming a molded product excellent in adhesion to a core material, strength and appearance, which is prepd. by the addition of a small amt. of a glycidyl methacrylate copolymer to a rubber-reinforced styrene resin. CONSTITUTION: 100pts.wt. rubber-reinforced styrene resin such as ABS resin of 50W70wt% diene rubber content prepd. by the graft polymn. of an arom. vinyl monomer, vinyl cyanide monomer and acrylic ester monomer on a diene rubber is mixed and kneaded with 0.1W10pts.wt. copolymer of at least one monomer selected from an arom. vinyl monomer, vinyl cyanide monomer and acrylic ester monomer with glycidyl methacrylate at 190W200°C, to prepare a resin composition.
