Speed ratio controller for stepless variable transmission
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To enable an stepless variable transmission in a wide range by controlling a speed ratio control servo employing a followup type actuator according to a working signal based on a signal in response to the wheel velocity and the opening of the throttle. CONSTITUTION: This stepless variable transmission includes a spherical transmission type speed ratio varying means to which an arm 210 of a speed ratio control servo is connected through a link. The servo 200 is imparted a line pessure PL of main pump 102 to control said speed ratio varying means with the longitudinal motion of an actuator 205 between L and H. A relief valve 120, a manual valve 130, a kickdown valve 140, a throttle valve 160, a governor valve 170 and a modulator valve 190 are arranged in a hydraulic circuit and aditionally, a hold valve 180 and a compensation valve 150. A hydraulic signal is produced in accordance with the proper speed ratio by response pessures to the throttle valve and the wheel velocity to operate an actuator 205. COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio
