Characteristic measuring device of fluid machine and method thereof

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To simplify the comparison of the economical efficiency of various type fluid mechines, by measuring discharge rate and the pressure of the fluid while the load to the fluid machine is varied in the full speed running of the fluid machine to be measured or the running speed of the fluid machine is varied with a fixed load. CONSTITUTION: Loading device 4, 7 are connected to a fluid machine 1 to be measured and a pressure detecting means 5 and a flow data detecting means 6 are provided to a loading device 4, then these pressure detecting means 5 and flow rate detecting means 6 are connected to an arithmetic processing unit 21. Furthermore, a power consumption detecting means 13, a command device 17 which commands the driving situation of a driving source 9 to be measured, a display 18, a memory 20 and the driving source 9 to be measured are connected to the arithmetic processing unit 21. The discharge flow rate and the pressure of the fluid are measured while the load to the fluid machine 1 is varied in the full speed running of the fluid machine 1 to be measured or the running speed of the fluid machine 1 is varied in a fixed load. Consequently, comparison of the discharge characteristic of various type fluid machines or the economical efficiency in various running situation can be simplified. COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio
