Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To disuse a float having a magnet mounted therein, a vacuum source, a compressed air source, a three-way valve or the like and to enable to prevent explosion and destruction by a method wherein a level switch is attached to an inside of a cylinder and a coating liquid in the cylinder is sensed and weighed in such a condition that said level switch is contacted with a weighing liquid. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus is constituted from a weighing cylinder 1, a spray nozzle 6, a coating liquid tank 7 and liquid sending pumps 4, 5. In the weighing cylinder, an upper terminal 2 and a lower terminal 3 are provided and a level switch S for sending a signal to a control board is provided. The liquid sending pump 4 sends a liquid into the weighing cylinder 1 from the coating liquid tank 7 according to a signal from the control board and the supply thereof is stopped by sensing a liquid level by the upper terminal 2. The liquid pump 5 sends the liquid to the spray nozzle 6 from the weighing cylinder 1 according to a signal from the control board and the supply thereof is stopped by sensing a liquid level by the lower terminal 3.
