Non-pulsation metering pump

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To maintain stable non-pulsation quantitativeness by making speed control of a driving motor by means of the output signals from a circuit detecting the pressure changing position and a circuit detecting the rotary position of a cam. CONSTITUTION: Position control of compensation starting point and ending point is operated in a comparator 44, then these signals are sent to a driving control circuit 46 of a driving motor 30. Further more, a pressure change position signal sensed by a pressure sensor 32 and measured by a recorder 36, namely the lead angle pulse of a cam 16 is inputted to driving control circuit 46, then stable non-pulsation quantitativeness can be obtained by properly increasing or decreasing the speed of the driving motor 30 synchronized with a compensatory position signal.
