Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To simplify the structure in such a way that a check valve to prevent leak of negative pressure from the reservoir is integrated with a casing which is fixed at the negative pressure inlet port of the reservoir and its inside valve body, in a reservoir to store the negative pressure which yields in an intake manifold of an automobile. CONSTITUTION: A check valve 3 is fixed on the wall surface on the side to be connected to an intake manifold in a vacuum reservoir 1, and a negative pressure change-over electromagnetic valve 2 is fixed on the wall surface on the opposite side. And, the check valve 3 deposite a casing 32 to cover a penetrating hole 31 which is provided in the wall of said tank 1, a seat valve 34 is installed on the side of the penetrating hole 31 in the vacant chamber 33 of the casing 32, and all the structure is integrated by inserting a porous resilient material 35 at the back of it. Thus, for example, when pressure on said manifold side is low, the seat valve 34 is adsorbed to the right, and the resilient material 35 is compressed, but it does not lose gas permeability, so that the manifold and the reservoir 1 are communicated through a tube, etc. connected to a nipple 36.
