Picture pattern converter

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To keep the continuity of an original pattern, by taking a picture pattern as an address sginal, accessing a ROM, and taking the output signal as a magnified coversion pattern. CONSTITUTION:A serial picture pattern is converted into a parallel pattern, and for example, white/black arrangement of four consecutive video elements is taken as the arrangement of 1s and 0s, this 4-bit binary pattern is taken as an address signal and a ROM is accessed. The output of the ROM is in 5-bit pattern to magnify the pattern. For example, when the ROM is accessed with 4-bit pattern of a10, the 5-bit pattern of R10 is outputted.
