Device for correcting feeding amount of tape
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To control the feeding amount of the tape properly by a method wherein the revolving speed of a tape transferring roller is switched into two speeds of high and low during transfer of the tape by engaging or releasing a solenoid clutch in a tape feeding device. CONSTITUTION: When the solenoid clutch 5 is in a disengaged condition, the rotation of a constant speed rotary shaft 4 is transmitted to a gear 61 through a gear 62 and further is transmitted to a roller shaft 12 through a one-way rotation transmitting clutch 7 to rotate a roller 1 for transferring a tape 9 at a low speed. On the other hand, when the rotating speed of the roller 1 is increased, the solenoid clutch 5 is brought into an engaged condition and the rotation of a speed increasing rotary shaft 3 is transmitted to the roller shaft 12. In this case, the rotation transmitted from the constant speed rotary shaft 4 is brought into a slip condition and is continued to rotate due to the effect of the one-way rotation transmitting clutch 7 incorporated in the gear 61 because the speed of the rotation transmitted from the constant speed rotary shaft 4 is lower than the same of the speed increasing rotary shaft 3. When the solenoid clutch 5 is disengaged again, the roller shaft 12 is rotated at a low speed by receiving a torque from the constant speed rotary shaft 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio
