Stirring apparatus
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To enhance stirring efficiency of a low viscosity fluid by providing plural spiral and fixed blades whose phases are mutually shifted along an inner wall of a stirring tank. CONSTITUTION:When the fluid is filled in the tank main body 1 and rotary blades 3 are driven and rotated through a drive shaft 2, an upward axial stream in a central part of the tank and a revolving stream toward a rotary direction of the rotary blades 3 are generated in said fluid. On the other hand, in the vicinity of an inner wall of the tank main body 1, while said revolving stream is revolved by spiral fixed blades 4, 4, it is converted to an axial stream downwardly flowing along inclination of said blades 4, 4 and, therefore, a recirculating stream flowing to an axial direction while revolved as a whole is formed. Thereby, without forming a dead space, bood stirring of a fluid is carried out.
