Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To reduce stress of a bind wire and thereby prevent breakage by inclining the axis of a hole, through which the bind wire is inserted into the moving blade of a turbine, from the axis of the blades for an angle corresponding to the expected return of the twist of blade. CONSTITUTION: A through hole 15 excavated in a moving blade of a turbine has an inclination θ from the axis of blades, 8, viewed when the blade is at a standstill. The twist of blade 1 is returned during rotation for an angle of θ, corresponding to the set angle at the standstill. Accordingly, the center line 9 of the hole 15 will be identical to the center line 10 of the bind wire. Thus one-slided contact of the bind wire with the hole on moving blade side can be prevented, that will give a higher strength to the bind wire as well as enhance the reliability.
