Injection timing controller

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a prescribed advanced angle even at starting time or the like in an injection timing controller for a distribution fuel injection pump, by arranging a check valve in an oil introducing passage from a fuel feed pump to an oil hydraulic cylinder of an oil hydraulic timer. CONSTITUTION: An oil hydraulic timer of ported distribution fuel injection pump is provided with a roller ring 2 at a face-to-face position to a face cam not shown in the drawing, and the roller ring 2 is coupled by a timer piston 5 in an oil hydraulic cylinder 4 and a pin 7. A position of the timer piston 5 is determined by the balance of force produced by oil pressure of the oil hydraulic cylinder 4 and tension of a return spring 6. Oil hydraulic force of the oil hydraulic cylinder 4 is adjusted by open-close control of a solenoid valve 9 in return pipe lines 10, 11, and the solenoid valve 9 is controlled by a control circuit 100. In this case at a lifting stroke of the face cam, a check valve 20 suppressing an outflow of oil in the hydraulic cylinder 4 is provided in a pressure oil introducing passage to the oil hydraulic cylinder 4 to obtain a desired effect.
