Injection timing equipment of distributer type fuel injection pump

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To enable to control automatically injection timing, dividing hydraulic oil from the oil supply pump into two circuits, by leading to timer piston through the solenoid valve. CONSTITUTION: Hydraulic oil from supply pump l is in proportion to number of revolutions, flowing into the first solenoid valve 5. When the first solenoid valve 5 is connected, permitting to move the timer piston 2 to the left through the first solenoid valve 5 and the check valve 4, and permitting to advance the injection timing. As with the second solenoid valve 6 cut off, the timer piston 2 will be in balance at the point which the spring 9 and hydraulic oil the hydraulic oil chamber balances. And the for delaying injection timing, the second solenoid valve 6 is connected, the pressure in the operating chamber 3 is discharged with the first solenoid valve 6, the piston 2 moves to delay the timing to the right direction.
