Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To obtain constantly stabilized travelling by automatically changing turning feature of front and rear wheels respectively such that the front wheel in the advancing direction can be turned freely and the rear one restrained with respect to the turning. CONSTITUTION: When a roller 11 on an engaging member 10 does not engage with a latch part 16, a support frame 3 can freely turn. However, when it reaches curved projection parts 17, 17 from either of the left and right sides of a latch member 13 to ride over said parts 17, 17 against the energization thereof and fit in a recess 15 fixedly, the turning of the support frame 3 is restrained. The fit in this latch part 16 is carried out smoothly by the roller 11. When a wheel 8 is subjected to the external force to change the advancing direction under such condition, a large turning force is applied to the support frame 3 so that the roller 11 rides over the curved projection part 17 against the energizing force thereof and gets out of the latch part 16 to permit the support frame 3 to turn freely again.
