Method of controlling injection of stag ammonia
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To enable accurate control over the injection of ammonia, by predetermining a quantity of injected ammonia for a denitration unit on the basis of the total quantity of exhaust gas determined by multiplying the flow rates of air, injected water and fuel which are injected quantities. CONSTITUTION: The total quantity of exhaust gas in STAG are expressed by equations (1), (2) where L denotes a compensatory value for sealing air or the like for isolating the exhaust gas from the atmosphere. The quantity of ammonia to be injected is predetermined from an equation (14) and the total quantity of exhaust gas determined from the equation (1) or (2). Since the quantity of ammonia to be injected is predetermined by calculation based on the equation (14), control can be effected more accurately than conventional control in which the quantity of exhaust gas is determined from load.
