Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To perform the titled treatment efficiently and reasonably, by joining continuously two coil-shaped unit metal plates, performing continuously the electrolytical surface treatment of the both surfaces before suparating the two sheets. CONSTITUTION: Two coil-shaped unit metal plates 1, 1 such as Al plates are simultaneously drawn out to be introduced between a pair of press rolls 2, 2' made of rubber or the like and pressed down under appropriate pressure to be joined one over the other forming one body 11. The composite metal plate 11 in the form of one body is once wound up into a coil shape. Subsequently, the coil material is again drawn out into an electrolytic cell 3 and the electrolytic treatments more than in one process of the both surface such as anodic oxidation treatment and electrolytic coloring treatment are performed between a pair of uper and lower electrodes 4, 4. The composite metal plate 21 which has finished the prescribed electrolytic surface treatment is again wound up into a coil. Subsequently the metal plate 21 is treated with a separator to be separated into two coil-shaped metal plates 1', 1'. COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio
